Learn the Olympic lifts and Kettle Bell movements from the athletes of TEAM NEW YORK and their experienced coaches. The Snatch and the Clean & Jerk are the most powerful exercises in all of sport.
Whether you are in need of new routine or you are an athlete looking to compete at the next level, this Olympic Lifting Camp will help you learn the appropriate technique of the most physically challenging weightlifting movements.
