Mondays & Wednesdays
Group 1         6:15pm-7:30pm (8 person limit)
Group 2         7:30pm-8:45pm (8 person limit)

*Fridays        4:00pm-5:15pm - MAKE UPS

Get a “JUMP” on the competition by learning how to efficiently get your body off the ground. The training you will receive is the same given to our professional basketball clients who have successfully made the “JUMP” from the NCAA to NBA pre-draft workouts.

OLYMPIC LIFTING TRAINING CAMP
Octber 28 – November 20

For High School, Collegiate and Adult Athletes

Tuesdays & Thursdays
Group 1         6:15pm-7:30pm (6 person limit)
Group 2         7:30pm-8:45pm (6 person limit)

*Fridays         5:15-6:30pm - MAKE UPS

Learn the Olympic lifts and Kettle Bell movements from the athletes of TEAM NEW YORK and their experienced coaches. The Snatch and the Clean & Jerk are the most powerful exercises in all of sport.

Whether you are in need of new routine or you are an athlete looking to compete at the next level, this Olympic Lifting Camp will help you learn the appropriate technique of the most physically challenging weightlifting movements.
